The Group guarantees compliance with current regulations, both between individuals and Public Administration.<\/p>\n

To strengthen this commitment, the Group has decided for 2022 to align its anti-corruption management system with the UNI ISO 37001 \u2013 Anti Bribery management System, published in 2016. This is the only internationally recognized standard that allows to implement a management system aimed at preventing and fighting against corruption in the business environment. It specifies the measures and controls that can be adopted by an organization to monitor its company activities.<\/p>\n

The Group has developed a Corruption Prevention Policy which is part of a broader system of business ethics and internal control, aimed at ensuring compliance with national and international regulations and protecting the company's reputation.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\t\r\n\r\n\r\n\t
